MEET KEN GIBSON
A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM KENGIBSON
Dear Neighbor,
I am immensely grateful to the family, friends, and loyal supporters who so generously contributed their time and effort to our campaign during this election season. Last night’s victory marks the beginning of a new chapter for Gloucester--a chapter where our community comes together, united by a shared positive vision of greater prosperity and success for all.
Beth and I are deeply moved by the expression of confidence you have placed in us with your vote. I also thank Supervisor Winebarger for his service and wish him the best for the future.
Being an effective supervisor involves listening to constituents, translating their concerns into workable solutions, and building consensus to implement them. I will not be able to perform this job without the continued involvement and openness of the people I represent. Throughout my campaign, you have taken the time to share with me your ideas, your concerns, and your aspirations. I sincerely appreciate your willingness to discuss what really matters to you.
As your supervisor, I take my responsibility of representing you and speaking on your behalf seriously. I want to ask that you continue to provide me with the ideas and feedback I need to ensure you are represented.
Our beautiful community faces many challenges as our Commonwealth and nation continue to learn what we have always known: Gloucester is a great place to live, work, raise a family, and retire. Now, more than ever, we must rise above politics to do what is best for the families, taxpayers, and small businesses that make our community the shining light that it is today.
I look forward to working with you as your supervisor as we bring more jobs and prosperity to the county. Together, we can preserve our rural charm while embracing our future and guaranteeing that our community remains a place where people of all ages can find a high quality of life.
Last night did not mark the end of a journey, but the beginning of one. Now, let’s get to work.

Sincerely,

Ken Gibson
